If you are anything like me, those first moments of awakening are flooded with anxiety, depression and various chronic pain.
Having spent over 20 years in Tai Chi, some of those years were much more inconsistent in my practice than others.
But one thing that was consistent was starting my day off with a Tai Chi warm-up, and I would feel much better.
I've spent 2 years researching, practicing and teaching many different warm-up routines to find gentle ways to melt away that morning stiffness, and move through the mental turbulance and emotional fog.
