In my 10 years of teaching and 25+ years of practicing, I've experienced the many pitfalls of learning Tai Chi and Qigong.
I've seen over-training lead to injury, and perfectionism lead to frustration. I've witnessed students feel the overwhelm and intimidation of learning another, "Language," as well as teachers pushing students too hard or even worse, holding back important information that would help the student progress.

About the Instructor
Jamie Alonge (he/him) is an uplifting empath whose playful spirit shines brightly through a warm smile.
