I’ve created a once a month meet-up for all levels to learn and play tai chi + qigong. Just drop-in and tune-up.
Classes will include:
A gentle warm-up to release stiffness and mental fog.
Seasonal or Medical Qigong for emotional release.
Tai Chi postures and principles for mind + body harmony.
A Heart-based encouraging community
