DROP-IN CLASSES 1ST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH
If you’ve been wanting to experience the calming and uplifting energy of a tai chi or qigong class, I have good news.
I’ve created a once a month meet-up for all levels to learn and play tai chi + qigong (without any commitment of a monthly membership). Just drop-in and tune-up.
Classes will include:
A theme of the month to, "Go with the intentional flow."
A gentle warm-up to release stiffness and mental fog.
Seasonal or Medical Qigong for emotional release.
Tai Chi postures and principles for mind + body harmony.
Meditation and Community to feel supported.
Whenever my courses end, many of my students request that I create a way for us to continue to practice and play ongoingly, in the same supportive way.
Well, GATHER & FLOW is it.
I too crave that communal energy and feel totally invigorated by it.
This space is fun, easy and pressure free, so we can just flow and feel good together.
