Is Winter Qigong only good during winter?

No! This routine is all about the kidneys. The kidneys play such a fundamental role in our lives including ruling the health of our bones, knees, growth, sexual health, teeth, hair, hearing and the process of aging. In Chinese Medicine, the kidneys are associated with the winter season, thus the name. But this qigong set can be practiced in any season to strengthen kidney health and all of its corresponding areas.

Can I do it seated or with severe back pain?

This routine has no stepping and can easily be done seated if need be. Please consult your doctor as to whether or not gentle stretching, bending and twisting movements will benefit your condition.

Will this cure my kidney conditions?
